O.k. here is a question. I am one that travels 278 on a daily basis going back and forth to work. This morning I was surrounded by no less than 4 tractor trailer trucks completely clogging up traffic almost causing me to be late to work. If this toll road gets built and all this industry comes to the northern part of the county, what happens when these trucks come in from the west, use this toll toad and then need to continue to I-20 going east to another stop? Do you honestly think that they will go back down that toll road to I-20? No they will cause even more congestion on 278. I am all for

Ok LPPT, but fair market value for my house is not what it was 7 years ago and why should I lose money on my home. My situation is a little different. I am in my last semester at Chatt Tech and I also have a family even though my son is 22 and also in college. This is what happens to a county that has cheap housing and cheap apartments. Tends to bring in a certain element into our community. When, and if, this economy ever turns arounds, builders please do not build any more of these types of houses. This is definitely not the county that we came to 25 years ago. They were on my house when we purchased it and we are trying to figure out a way to take them down. I hate those things. Water comes pouring over the top instead of going in the gutters. I saw on a construction bid website that there is an ALDI supposed to come to Hiram. Building is supposed to begin in September. Has anyone ever been to one? Does it really save you?
