you mean like this: Bloomberg's Soda Ban So in other words let's not just have nanny states, but a nanny government. I think a better term would be communism. You can call me crazy all you want, it doesn't change the fact that this is exactly what it is.

I hardly wear heels anyway, so no harm done if I didn't have those. On occassion I do wear makup and perfume, but I think I could survive if I didn't have those.

Under fair tax proposals as well as other proposed tax plans, used consumer goods are not taxed, and necessities such as groceries are minimally taxed if at all. So goodwill or secondhand stores would be exempt from consumption taxes. The consumption tax would only apply to new goods and services. So In other words, people with higher incomes that would most likely be purchasing more new goods and services would be paying more consumption tax.

Pot meet kettle.

True. But nobody's forcing them to buy consumer goods. Therefore, I see this argument as irrelevant.

Tax penalty to hit nearly 6 MILLION people
NinaBritt replied to Mama Carol's topic in Paulding County NEWS
We pay for our own health insurance, not through an employer, it just went up to a little over $900 a month. That's for me, my husband and my nine month old. I agree...it's getting very crazy. -

Yes Bayou Bill's is a good place for crab legs, it's at the west end of Front Beach Rd. Other good places to eat are Captain Anderson's, Angelo's, Saltwater Grill, of course you'll be shelling out a little more money fot those but they are really good. Then there's always Pinapple Willy's.

I was at a Wolf Camera store today and saw all the signs "20-40% off everything", "Going Out Of Business", "Everything Must Go!". I was quite surprised because I had not heard this news yet. I actually prefer to use them for most of my photo printing over Walmart because I've had issues with Walmart. Anyway, I am sad to see them go.
