We went grocery shopping this afternoon at Kroger and while I can say it wasn't ridiculously crazy, it was pretty crowded. And there was still bread and milk left, at least when I was there. I'm predicting no snow accumulation and most likely ice.

Yes!! Please bring your animals inside. When I was younger, our neighbor at my parents previous house kept a Rottweiler in their backyard. She never went inside their house. One night it got below freezing. When we noticed they had not taken her inside, we brought her in our garage. When the neighbor found out, he was upset. What a jerk! If it's too cold outside for you, it's too cold outside for your pets!!

Only joking. Had to take the jab at uga, I'm a tech fan! The same can be said for any school or any fans. I have in-laws that are uga fans, so I know not all of them are like that, but we always pick on each other! I agree. I can understand why she did what she did. Someone messing with my kid is not a good idea!

My sister did baby showers for all three of her kids. The first two are girls and the third is a boy and they are 20 and 21 months apart. For her first shower she got a lot of her big items like car seat, stroller, my aunt gave her a crib she already had. And for her second she got mostly the regular stuff like diapers, blankets, some clothes and maybe a few toys. The third was the same but for a boy. I think it's okay but if I knew they had already had a baby shower for an older child I would probably just bring small things. I wish I had gotten to have my baby shower. I had two pla

As I stated in another thread earlier, I do not believe that was Tony's last NFL game. I just hope that when he pulls a Brett Favre that it is still with the Atlanta Falcons.

Our current public schools gives you the 'Disney version' of history, and only the highlights at that. I was amazed at how much I didn't know and how much I learned in college and doing research on my own. They aren't doing any favors for these kids by glossing over true historical events. These kids need a stronger foundation. How are they going to progress this nation forward if they don't even know how it started?
