I love that road! I teach a martial art class at Campbell HS and can make it there from my home in Dallas in under 30 minutes, even with the traffic that hits around the South Cobb Drive area. It probably gets a little worse past where I turn, but it sure makes it easier!

I just love Dolly, too! I saw her in concert a few years back and the minute she walked, rather was raised onto the stage, I started crying and cried through the whole concert!

I made a good German dinner...actually had it in the Dutch oven before church this morning! I made goulash, spaetzel, red cabbage and some good dark whole grain rolls to go with it! I baked a chocolate cake for dessert.

If you don't want to use a powder, both Sam's and Costco have Premier Protein shakes. They have 30gms of protein and only 1gm of sugar and they taste like chocolate milk. They are easy to just grab and go without worrying about mixing and you don't have to keep then refrigerated until open.

Egg Bites Saute onions, peppers, bacon or sausage Season with salt, pepper, oregano Add shredded cheese Beat 5 eggs Cool the items sauteed and add the eggs Pour into a sprayed mini muffin pan Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until firm in the center Cool a little then pop out and enjoy! Can be frozen,thawed and reheated

I know you will be back in some day, but I also know life can be awful busy. We will be there when you are ready. The truck is a 1998 V8, loaded, power everything, 6 CD changer, very clean and doesn't look like a 12 year old truck. It is black and in great condition. It has 240,000 miles but still drives great. He is asking $5900 for it. If you send me your address I can send you some photos.

It is never easy, even when you know it is coming. I lost my sister 3 years ago this month so I feel your pain. I sit hear with tears flowing for you, knowing how hard it is to lose a sister and also remembering my sister. I will keep you in my prayers for strength and comfort.
