There are almost always FLAWS in purchasing something brand new fresh on the market, I let everyone else rush out and buy it and they pay hi dollars for it, I wait a few years to see how the product does, and it is much cheaper that way.

I am glad they found her.I pray that the family will now get her the help she needs, have had to get help for my Aunt aunt about 10 years ago, she worked for delta and was getting lost going to work, she had to retire and we pulled the car away. we had to put her in a nursing home, she passed away in January of this year. That is a awful disease to deal with, she had no husband or children, just her 1 sister,3 neices, 1 nephew.

I have a friend that is a grandmother and it looks like the parents are not going to be able to take care of thier children, the parents are both agreeing to give up the children to the grandparents, my question is, Do you have to hire an attorney to get guardianship/custody of the children or is this something that can be done at probate, I told them I did not know, but I would ask around, have not had much time. This topic has been going for weeks, personally I believe anyone that is in control of county and state money, should have to have a credit check, if they can't take care and manage thier own household, they sure can't manage someone elses.That is the whole problem.
