Uhhhh, my mother never smoked , but she was married to two men who were heavy smokers. Mother now has emphysema. Neither husband lived long enough to develop emphysema. I used to eat my lunch at work fast so I could go outside on the rest of my lunch hour and pick up hundreds of cigarette butts that were thrown down daily in the little park next door to where I worked.Why couldn't those lousy slobs pick up their own butts? I get a lot of really bad headaches. Rainy weather, cigarette smoke, heat, going without Coke for more than two days(caffeine),stress,loud music,allergies, all give me bad ones.

The difference between smoking and eating too much is this: when you eat too much, you are not doing harm to other people. When you smoke, you are giving other people fatal diseases that they are in no way responsible for. Is it fair to someone to have to breathe in your cigarette smoke and get asthma,bronchitis, COPD, allergies or lung cancer when that person never smoked a single cigarette in their life? LOL Love that picture!!! I have lost a lot of weight and the other day when I stood up , my panties fell down around my ankles. I decided it was time to go to Walmart and make an investment in smaller bloomers LOL But yes, I forget a lot of things now that I am getting older.

Those giant pteradactyls just love me!!!!! I can be outside with my grandkids and I am the only one getting bit. The grandkids think it is hilarious me swatting and jumping around and runnning from them. I do have A+ blood tho. I also drink a lot of Coke and wondered if it might be the amount of sugar in the blood that attracts them; maybe they can smell it on my skin or something. I bought one of those clip on thingys but I have not tried it out yet. Will have to get it out and try it this evening.

By all means use the lavender baby soap if it helps him. Maybe even have a tea party earlier and use the calming teas for him to drink. But don't let him manipulate you. Once they learn how, it will be his goal to manipulate you and get his way. I don't see anything at all wrong with leting him cry and scream when he is throwing a fit. He is just trying to control you.

One thing I forgot that I did do. My son loved for me to read to him, so I tape recorded about an hour's worth of his favorite stories and would play that at night for him. He loved it.

I always had my son shower one time a day but by the time he was a teenager, he was showering two times. His friend would spend the night and shower too. We did keep him two or three days sometimes because they were such good friends.

My son was not like this at all. I had trouble one night only when he was a baby putting him in his big bed instead of rocking him to sleep. After that he always, and I mean always, went to bed great. In fact, after he started school, he even asked if he could go to bed early almost every night. So from 15 -30 minutes early every night, he took himself to bed , I gave him a kiss, said I love you and sweet dreams and that was it. As I understand the legal system, the judge will decide what jail or prison he goes to. I don't know why he is having someone else look for the perfect jail for him. And I do believe he deserves to serve time with the worst of the worst, the murderers and rapists , for how he ruined so many other 's lives.

My theory is that these are also the people that cut line all the time in the lunch line at school or at the grocry store, cheat off other people's test papers, cheat on their income taxes,etc. They have no regard for anything that is honest or right.

While he does have many questionable activities, and I am in no way taking up for anything that he does, I attended a conference in Washington DC a fewy years ago when he was mayor of DC and he was the keynote speaker. He was actually the most inspiring public speaker that I have ever heard.I really enjoyed listening to what he had to say about our country's children. He did enter the venue about an hour late for the speaking engagement and prior to his walking in , there about 10 thugs in suits that entered first, to check us out I suppose.
