The Rodney's on 92 was a partnership between Rodney and Greg (?) Benson. Rodney sold his portion to him and it became Benson's. They remained friends, just a business decision. Benson's closed Monday for good. Rodney is still open for business and all is well. I know for a fact they are still open - DD worked there yesterday.

I ate one McRib back when they first came out. It was the early/mid 1980's. The one thing I definitely remember is being some of the worst sickness I've ever had. (even compared to a bout of Salmonella , ecoli and many food poisons over the years) One was enough and I will never eat another. But, one of my best friends LOVES them!!! When they are available she will eat at least 2 a day and buys/freezes them to eat for several more weeks. I just do not understand it. (Vomit icon needs to be here but I can't find it.)

NO NOT NOSEY. This is someone I am contemplating doing business with re: my sports business. I was told about his arrest today. I want to know the charge before spending my money with him. Good business sense IMO.

When I worked for DHR in Alabama we did one and a co-worker and I were in charge of putting it together. It was fun reading everyone's recipes but was hard to narrow it down to the best recipes and what would appeal to everyone. I continue to use it ALL the time and this was back in 1992!!

"Innocent until proven guilty" isn't always applied in these situations. I know someone who applied for a job who had an only been arrested for DUI. They applied for a job and were not employed because the arrest showed up. After the fact the DUI was reduced to Reckless Driving. But the damage was already done.

It is VERY EASY for those of us who never drink beer. I could count on one hand with a few fingers left the only time I took a sip of a beer. As they say "different strokes for different folks". I was disappointed when I talked to Nick a few days ago and learned he is no longer in the computer repair business. But, I understand why, too. Personally, I think that is a bunch of crock! They were ranked the #3 team in the Nation but lost the SEC Championship game. Typically the SEC Champ goes to the Sugar Bowl but since Alabama is the SEC Champ but are going to the BCS Championship game that makes Georgia the SEC runner up. Right?
