I just called again and when I get to the point where I say it is re: home service it tells me they are sorry but the office is currently closed and will open at 7AM. Guess I will try again tomorrow. THANKS everyone for all the help!!!

Thank you, Papi. I had tried that number earlier this afternoon and was told they were outsourced and couldn't help me. When I asked for a number for someone that could she said she didn't have one. Made me second guess if I made the right decision to switch??? I tried calling again a bit ago and they closed at 7:00. That was one of the selling tactics Comcast used to try to get me to stay with them (we've had Comcast for 10 years) was they are open 24/7 and Att-Uverse is not. Another question: what channel is ESPN Monday Night Football on???

We bit the bullet and switched from Comcast to U-Verse today. I NEED to get in touch with their customer service but am having difficulty. I was able to get in touch with a resourced company for new service but she could not help me. Can anyone give it to me????

I HIGHLY recommend Nick @ Cedarcrest PC. He has always provided prompt and good service. Very reasonable - he is doing a repair to a laptop we have for $70. I didn't realize Nick was still working on computers so I had gotten two other quotes to do the SAME work and was given a price of $185 and $125!!!!! Nick is also a super nice and pleasant guy!

Maybe I missed something but I haven't read anything that is attributed to their character in this thread. Not to diminish it or otherwise. Couples get divorced every day but it has nothing to do with character - it just happens.
