I agree with you about the yellow jacket dogs but disagree with your statement about the BBQ. To each their own, but we like their BBQ. For years after we moved to the area we wouldn't stop there b/c their sign said "Best tea around." We figured if the tea was all they could brag about, we'd keep going. I know someone who was FINED and had to pay a hefty fine for putting a flyer ON mailboxes - not in it but ON it. I don't know the law but I do know someone this happened to several years ago. That would aggravate me too!!!!!

They probably did not put their number on the letter b/c it is illegal to put a letter, note, etc attached to a mailbox. It is a Federal offense. I have known of people who did put their contact info on something attached to mailboxes and they got in a lot of trouble!! Just sayin'. I wouldn't be happy, either.

This is what I thought, too. I am not sure about GA but several years ago I had friends with a rental house in AL. The couple did not pay the rent but when my friends would try to get them evicted, they would go to court and file "hardship status." As a result the Judge was not allowed to sign eviction papers. This went on for almost THREE YEARS and all that time my friends had to pay the mortgage on the rental house as well as the one they were living in. I am not suggesting your DD do this, I am just saying it is not always as easy as one might think to evict someone from your own property.
