  1. I do not know about in stock but the sale runs through 09/01 according to their online ad.
  2. In a prior discussion on here, it was said both Ashley and Sharon are due within a few days of each other. But, I don't know that a specific date has been said. I am hoping the new doctor Victor is going to have Ashley see will confirm to them there is no baby - and then Ashley really will go crazy!!! But, I want her to learn the truth before time to deliver. That is a cruel storyline, IMO.
  3. WOW - that is beautiful. I know you will enjoy it - GREAT job Fotogirl. P.S. What did the sign say that made you look in the box??

  5. So the sale paper that is in the mail and the sale paper in Sunday's paper are different??? Learn something new every day. Do you know if their online ad is the same as what is in the paper?? I didn't get a Sunday paper since I cannot read the coupons and no one else around here reads the paper.
  6. I heard this over the week-end. Have they said "why" they are suspicious he might have been involved in the slayings of prostitutes?? Curious what lead them in that direction.
  7. Who was it that yesterday that had a dog that barked at MeWhoElse gnat????? LOL. I bet the dog would love the spider. (I couldn't get any extra insects to appear)
  8. I had a really good friend who was a child psychologist in AL. She used to say aliens came down from space and "took" our kids when they became teenagers and left us with these unbearable "beings" in their bodies. Then, on our child's 20th birthday, they come back and return our loving, agreeable children back to their bodies.
  9. Good Point. Not only is it the N1H1 virus that worries me but what mutates from it.
  10. I think I am going to instill rent payments on the 18 yr old, too. I "wish" I had done so summer 2008 when he was bringing home $450+/week. If I had, then he would have had some money for the "down" months when he didn't have much income. (we are having a difficult time with his understanding of the word "savings".) A friend suggested I do the same as raclay is doing and put the rent away for him (without his knowledge). He just has started driving and will be paying his portion of the car insurance that went up from $833/6 mos to $2000/6 mos. He doesn't pay toward the cell phone - yet - becau
  11. Works for me IF I have a ride. I know DS won't be home - he is in Pigeon Forge - and not sure what DD has on her schedule. Anyone coming my way enroute there??
  12. We do get the Kroger and Ingles papers so I will have to check them out, too. Have to take advantage of any and all bargains these days. DH and I really enjoy shopping at the new Kroger at Nathan Dean/61.
  13. I have used the Lemon Pepper several different ways, including in the crock pot. It is really good.
  14. WOW - that is a great price - we just bought some yesterday but I "think" they were $1.99/lb?? (and thought that was a good deal. LOL)
  15. We do not get the sale paper. That is great - I LOVE Breyers Ice Cream, much more than Edy's. We didn't get any ice cream b/c after we bought the Pillsbury Biscuits BOGO, Texas Toast BOGO, the Stouffer and Boston Market deals, ground beef, etc, etc there was no room left in the freezer for ice cream. But, I'll make room for Breyers. LOL. we will be getting a rib roast for DH to cook. YUMMMMMMM.
  16. It would have to be self-defense b/c Michelle Stafford isn't leaving the show. I am ready for "something" to happen to MaryJane/Patty. Yes, Ashley ran over Nikki. It happened when she was in contract negotiations. So, it was written so Nikki could be written in or out of the script, as it was needed. LOL. The spoiler said Nikki will be returning soon.
  17. No, DH and I went yesterday (on his day off) and bought groceries. We spent $146 and SAVED $95!!!! And, I didn't even have any coupons. DH asked about ribeyes and the butcher told him they would be on sale next week. The current sale goes through the 1st so I guess that sale will begin on the 2nd. And, since Coke products are on sale this week, guess that means Pepsi products will go on sale the 2nd too. THANKS for the info.
  18. THANK YOU. Yes, there was a lot of stress involved - stress IF you removed the child from the home and the emotional aspects of it and the stress if you DID NOT remove the child and then something happening to the child. Not to mention some times having to fight supervisors, law officials and the court to make sure the right thing was done for the child. It is sad that the news reported that trash collectors in Atlanta made more than Social Workers with the state did. With a Bachelors degree AND 15 yrs experience (at the time of the media attention) the trash men were making more than I did. A
  19. FYI: The store that roars will have ribeye steaks on sale next week for $3.99/lb. You can have it cut to your specifications. They will also cut it into a rib roast. Sure beats paying $10.29/lb for a rib roast!!!!!!!
  20. I didn't buy as much as most of you. I only got 5 lbs and DH made hamburgers last night and I put the remaining 4 in one lb. bags and froze to use later.
  21. I grew up living across the street from my HS with the football field situation behind the school. The only problem was traffic on ballgame nights. But, I found the cheering, band, etc to be comforting - when I wasn't at the stadium. It did cause some complications with skipping school, tho. Go with your heart and the pros will outweigh the cons.
  22. Nick knows, Nick knows, Nick knows................... Now what????????
  23. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! (more time to spend on p.com. )
  24. I love the visual. But, he is SUCH a sweetheart - you would miss him. (just wait until I see him again. hehehehehe)
  25. I was a college graduate and engaged to be married - I had moved back to my hometown to take a job and lived at home the few months prior to my wedding. When I went out, I was always home by 11:00 - my mother never said anything, but out of respect to her I lived by the same rules I lived by when I was in High School. I knew she had to get up to go to work early and wouldn't rest until I was home.
