How did you get them free???? On a little different subject, after leaving the ER on Thursday we picked up Papa John's - we saw the commercial while at the hospital for the large six cheese with sausage and pepperoni. HOW DISAPPOINTING!! Was not worth the $9.99 even. We typically get six cheese with spinach Alfredo sauce in place of the red sauce with pepperoni. Shoulda stuck to our usual.

DH and I have been commenting lately how we are tired of the Verizon vs AT&T battle - one or the other is ALWAYS running a commercial - and how much they are paying for them!!! We have Verizon.

Thank Ya. DD and family are coming over the the oldest DGD birthday which was on the 12th. With everyone's busy schedules this is the first chance we've had to get everyone together. (I cannot wait for her to get the guitar she has been begging for.) They have the BEST philly steak subs.........YUMMMMMMM.

We haven't tried it since we prefer Papa John's, too. BUT.......with the deal they are offering: two 2 topping pizzas for $5.99 each and if you don't like it you can get a full refund, you really cannot go wrong.

I look forward to Leno being back on the Tonight Show. We always watched his monologue and Jay Walking, Headlines, etc and were disappointed when he went to Primetime. The 10:00 time slot is when the other networks have their best shows on so we never got to watch it. I think the show was doomed from the start. We do not care for Conan and have not watched the Tonight Show since he took over. But..........after the Olympics we will be back in the routine of watching it.

I was watching this on CNN last night. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Gupta and have watched him for a long time. He was giving the camera crew instructions on helping with the patients medical needs. The rumor of a riot on the tent hospital caused concern for the lives of the doctors - and it is understandable they need to be protected. The night before a rumor was started that a tsunami was coming and the residents were running down the streets dropping what personal belongings they had. He isn't a huge fan of Japanese Steakhouse to begin with, but he went along with it to make them happy. 1) Took Polaroid picture with him wearing funky hat = $5.00 2) Brought 1/2 pineapple with birthday candle in it = $5.00 3) Sang Happy Birthday = $5.00 None of the above was requested nor was it asked if we wanted it and no charge was discussed.
