Just close your eyes and pretend you are some where else. do not think about it, and yes you have to go in head first. The meds they gave you will not knock you out or anything, just relax you, you can tell them you are claustrophobic and they will try to hurry. sometimes they have music for you to listen to while you are in there. There is also a save a lot in Acworth and summerville, when we are up that way, I always stop in there, in fact save a lot is where I use to buy groceries all the time I would go once every 2 weeks, but when gas got so high I stopped going as much. They do not carry a lot of name brand items but their store brand is just as good as name brand, and some of the the stores you have to bring boxes to bag your own groceries but the one I shopped at they did it or you.

My nephew and his wife have just recently found out they are expecting, and he has been a die hard Gator fan since he was a baby.. so of course we got them a Gator sleeper for the baby.. it is so cute..
