I am sorry you are sad, the loss of a parent is heart breaking and it is something that we never get over, I do tell my mama that I love her and I spend as much time with her as I can, I know all to well they are here today and maybe gone tomorrow.

Hubby just came home that way from hwy 92 end saved him about 20 minutes in driving

Yes I have washed potatoes in the dishwasher, at someone else's home. I do not have a dish washer, if you have 40 or so potatoes to cook, just wash them in the hot water from the dish washer, it is just faster and does not hurt them. and it actually gets them cleaner then by washing them by hand, just do not use the soap remove soap form dish washer.
