  1. Tara, my best friend had Dr. Oyola as her oncologist and I went with her to appts. He is so good and his staff is super. Maybe he's in the group with Dr. R.
  2. I was in Augusta and we had the perfect snowfall! Fourteen inches of snow but no ice. My boyfriend had a VW and came and picked me up from school. My car stayed at school for 3 days and we had to dig it out. When we came to get it, there were people skiing down the street in front of the school.

  10. That happened while I was teaching middle school subjects on a high school campus. The kids had failed a few times and needed to be away from the middle school kids soooo they gave them to me and another teacher. The other teacher had a Phd and was paid big bucks but she was also an alcoholic! I could not figure out why the kids were so agitated when they came to my classroom from hers. One of the other teachers told me that he smelled alcohol on her one day so I reported it. Don't know if anything was done or not, but I knew something wasn't right. The counselor/social worker assi

  14. Thanks for those. My Dad was a fighter pilot in the Pacific in WWII and flew a P-47. Wish there had been some pics of them. I'm sending the link to my brother because we used to go to airshows with Daddy!
  15. Yes! The posts used to drop off if nobody was posting or if you didn't read them when you visited but now they stay on forever.

  17. We lived in a huge apt complex when my boys were little. Lots of the young adults living there often forgot about trick or treat and gave out their laundry quarters, sodas and whatever they had on hand. They got some good stuff!
