This whole concept just bugs me. I see the case for support and I have to say, if the unions can do this then why not business. So let me lay this out for you. In Georgia a candidate can not win election without a majority of the votes. (50% +1). That means if there is a GOP ,Dem and an Ind. and the votes are 51% / 45% / 4% the GOP candidate wins. If it was 40/40 /20, no one wins and the GOP and Dem go to a run off. I actually love this rule because it allows independant candidates a better chance to win. Voters need not worry too much about wasting a vote. Anyway the DOJ has no issue with that. Most of those are for homes more recently purchased and or are starter homes. Someone that is in their 2nd or 3rd home is far less likely to be foreclosed. No that would be a different cause. Cobb as a whole is not starter homes except in south Cobb. The average home in Cobb is $250k+. The owners of these homes are more stable than those in starter homes. Paulding has more starter homes than 2nd & 3rd homes. Thus the reason there are more foreclosures as well as only 1/6 the Population of Cobb. There would have to be a whole bunch more foreclosures in Cobb for them to have the same %. Way back when I was growing up my parents had a stipulation on there policy for no unmarried driver under 25 on their cars while I. Had my own vehicle "assigned" for me to drive. Can we not do that anymore? I got my motorcycle license last year at Canton rd. Fast and not too crowded.
