The Eaglets are really getting big! Fish for breakfast this morning. With the warm weather, B4 and B5 are enjoying the air while dad ( I think) stands guard.

Kinda of a stretch from supporting the airshow to supporting commercial flights, IMHO.

I think the General admission for kids is free, the Flight Deck is an special benefits that will cost extra for kids. Dumb for them to put the flight deck pricing first, I guess they are pushing it or something.

Oh, agree completely. I just don't think it should be rejected out of hand because of the commercial air application when it may be out best chance to get some pilots to base their planes there and get some income to offload the cost from the county.

I think this is one of those things that the commission is charged to do, i.e. support programs that promote the county. The air show will bring many people who are aviation oriented, including pilots and small aircraft owners, on to the site to see the facilities. This would hopefully end up in some moving their planes to the airport and helping it as a GA airport. I don't see it helping the commercial cause at all. Yea, I could see that. Twice a year for two years points to something else in the dishwasher being faulty that is taking out the control board. Our GE model has done pretty well, I've had to repair it once, some part on the inside broke and the unit wouldn't drain, but otherwise has run 4-5 times a week for 15 years. It was one of the higher end units when we bought it. The GE convection wall oven from the same model set on the other hand has not impressed me, I've had to replace the door switch because it melted so many times I've started ordering them in sets just to cut down on s

I check every bag of treats or chews I buy... if it says Made in China, it gets put back on the shelf. We've fed our dog Eukanuba at our vets recommendation from the week we got him, best we can tell (he was a stray), he's turned 14 in the last couple of months. Double agree on the changing food, we couldn't get to the Pet Store once and I bought some the small bags of moist food at the grocery and fed him that... we ended up cleaning up messes for two days. (BTW - stay away from feeding them any spicy meats as well, I know from experience)

Had a 12x20 parking pad put in last year for $2000. Just had a 12 x 20 portion of my driveway that had collapsed into a hole torn out, filled with rock and repoured for $2950 15 days ago. This guy is very good (he does paving as a business) and brought his bobcat to bring the rock/concrete down the driveway so the truck didn't crack the rest of it. (the big truck stayed on the street) Good concrete work is not cheap. PM me if you'd like his name and number, he's a local Paulding guy.

Why anyone would bother to watch TV news is beyond me. it's all showmanship. Only time I'll watch is if it's breaking news on a big story where they don't have time to politicize it.

I imagine it has a lot to do with when the sun last hit the pavement. Our drive way has about half of it that never gets sun due to some of the neighbor's bushes. Snow was sticking to it, while the other half it melted and evaporated. With the light rain, I suspect the shady portions will be ice.

Doesn't look to be much, unless that rain that is in Miss right now comes further south and we get ice instead of rain.
