aw, congrats yo! just a few personal tips. make sure you get the full home inspection done. have 'em check for water drainage issues, and also have the roof checked out real well.

i've been at my job for 4+ years and have never had a personal conversation with anyone but the customer service girl that i go on smoke breaks with twice a day. work is work. i let that be known when i first started, and have maintained my aloofness this whole time. it doesn't make me any less of a team player, just not someone who "shoots the shiit" with my coworkers.

if you're new...just remind everyone that you have a policy against discussing anything non work related with co-workers. let them know that your goal is to do a good job everyday, and to be friendly without participating in gossip or personal conversations.
