Hi neighbor, I live in AP too. I wondered if that guy I saw walking around the 'hood yesterday was the same everyone was talking about on here. He didn't come to my house (maybe because we already have an alarm company sign in the yard, IDK) but went to our neighbor's. I saw him again today up near the sub. entrance.

A friend of mine is starting a couch to 5k group tomorrow to train for the peachtree road race. Well originally it was but since they are doing the spots left now via lottery, we are just going to train for other races. It is in Dallas, Marietta, Kennesaw, Acworth area though (but can also be done alone, it's kind of mostly for accountability). When we had a Wii we had Just Dance 2 and it was a lot of fun. We have since traded in our Wii and bought an XBox 360 with Kinect and Dance Central. I think it is more fun than Just Dance because it can see your whole body and you have to be more accurate so it is more challenging.

I have been to Dr. Dailey-Smith once and my mom is a regular patient of hers. I liked her office staff and she was very thorough and personable. I am thinking about making her my regular doc. My mom really likes her. Said she never felt like she was being rushed through, and she didn't push my mom to take medication, instead wanting her to try exercise and diet change first to lower her cholesterol.

My husband and I are going away for a weekend soon to celebrate our tenth anniversary and I have been looking at dresses online. I wasn't sure about where to actually shop locally for one since lately the selection has looked slim. I'll have to check out JCP though. Thanks for posting your finds.

I agree about starting with Power 90 and then moving on to P90X. That is what my husband and I did. I did a couple rounds of P90X and then moved on to Turbo Jam and now I teach the live class version of Turbo Jam, called Turbo Kick.
