I pleaded NOLO once, and it didnt decrese the fines. I paid the same amount. Yes, it shows on your record, but *my* insurance hasnt used it against me... So it worked out well for me!

People do this to me all the time too... I hate it for them, but I am followng the rules... if they want to get mad and if they want to add road rage to their line of law breaking... go ahead. I will always laugh when they get a couple tickets... or buy my car... or get their a$$ kicked for hitting me (or causing a scene) when my daughter is in the car with me.

My daughter has been that way, but the dr prescribed Antibiotics for her ear and then he prescribed C-phen DM for her caughing and congestion.
