I am right there with you! I LOVE my Oasis. The A2 always made my eyes so dry, and it always felt like there was something poking my eye. But now I am all better. I tend to keep mine longer than the 2 weeks too.

I dont know which one you are going to try to call. But if you go to the one in Carrollton, they wont pick up the phone. The last time I was up there, there was a lady who was having the same problem you are, and they just had her call hers in on the phone. But everytime I have had that problem, I have had to go up there. IF you get someone to pick up the phone, I dont think they can fix it over the phone.
