I've always has good experiences and excellent care at the old PC hospital. But I have no idea what got lost in translation at the new facility, even with all of it's newfangled, state of the art equipment, the care is substandard at best. It's been a real disappointment.

Yowsa and I agree 100%. It's easier to complain than to get involved. And I'll tell you something else, I've had 2 issues that I felt strongly enough about to call the BOE. Kim Cobb either answered immediately or returned my call in a matter of minutes. Each time when I explained my issue, she was concerned and took care of one problem and made suggestions as to how I could handle the other. They're all heroes IMO because with all the moaning, complaining and blaming, I wouldn't do their job for all the tea in China. I agree. I always want to believe that people don't do underhanded, dispicable things on purpose, but more often than not, I'm wrong.
