  1. Can you fire them and find someone new? I would have a real hard time dealing with that, especially of I were paying them the pretty penny y'all are.
  2. It's because they're selfish and horrible.
  3. I got up this morning to middleschooler watching a special about this on the History Channel. He was so interested and I was so proud that my 12 year old son has an appreciation of the sacrafices that so many have made in the name of our freedom.
  4. I wonder why the words 'dumb a$$es keeps running through my mind?
  5. There is no plan in place for any flights of any kind, not for cargo or for passengers that have any kind of volume. This mess will be so tied up in court for so long, it will be another 5 years before a paying aircraft ever sets wheels on that runway. And then an actual plan of action will take months and months, if it ever even gets off the ground. And to think anyone really buys the idea of a million passengers in 5 years is beyond ridiculous. Projections are nothing more than numbers thrown around to make people believe what they want them to believe. I can 'project' all day long that
  6. I don't care what their projections are, 1,000,000 in the next 5 years in Paulding county? That's so ridiculous it's not even worth addressing.
  7. You HONESTLY believe that that tiny little airport on 278 is trying to compete with Hartsfield? Unbelievable!
  8. Well, you can't have it both ways. Some of the same people who don't want airport expansion are the same people who want more jobs for the residents of Paulding county. It seems logical that a small commercial airport would do just that. Bottom line for me is that the airport is here and isn't going anywhere, lets attempt to make the best of it and compromise on it's use, so at least some revenue will come from it. I still don't understand why it isn't being played up to the film industry. Movies are all over the place in and around Atlanta, even in Paulding county, and the idea that t
  9. That's the dang truth!! They treated her like dirt and even had her put in a mental instatution for disputing that this child was her son. It was bad.
  10. It was pretty good, but it bordered on the absurd when this kid was returned and the police insisted that he was her child and if not, to keep him anyway. Kind of like 'one was just as good as another'. She was relentless in her search for the truth and if I remember correctly, heads rolled because of it.
  11. My question as well. Never let a good story get in the way of the truth is the motto of some.
  12. Slenderman is on the internet, not TV.
  13. I saw this today and these two evil heathens need never see the light of day again. 2 12 year olds lured their 'friend' into the woods and stabbed her 19 times because they wanted to be nearer to the fictional, internet made up character. What a load!! My 12 year old was Slenderman for Halloween, has read the stories and moved on. The difference is, is that he's not an evil, demented person. They can attempt to blame who or what they want, but in the end, it was 2 horrible girls He!! bent on the destruction of their so called friend. Luckily, the victim didn't die. I saw the 2 girls pa
  14. It depends on where we are, but usually.
  15. No student ID cards that I know of and I didn't think about ID theft. Drat!
  16. I never even thought of that, thank you. I know you can get birth records in Paulding at the courthouse now instead of having to go to County Farm rd in Cobb. I'll check that out tomorrow.
  17. Exactly my point, thank you. I'd hope it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to get that!
  18. I don't recall my girls growing like this so quickly. He's grown just over 10 inchs since November. NOVEMBER. That's a lot, really fast, in my world. I bought him 31x30 jeans for Christmas and they were a little too long and a little loose after washing. They were too short and I mean above the ankle, by Valentines day. Luckily, his favorite jeans are Arizona skinny jeans from JCP and if I keep an eye out, they go on sale for $14.99. He's in a 32x34 now, the same size Hubby wore when we got married almost 30 years ago. The kid is huge, I swear!
  19. THANK YOU!! Yea, those are the same people that stricter guns laws are going to somehow prevent from having guns. SERIOUSLY?! They're criminals for goodness sake and THEY WILL HAVE GUNS, regardless of what the law says.
