  2. Are you kidding???? I have no words.
  3. I would be surprised if they were open on Saturday, I hope you get the key.
  4. It gave me an instant headache, it was some kind of 'old school' perfume that my Aunt Estelle wore. ACK!
  5. I saw Jake Gyllinhall(sp) give her a pretend ring but I must have missed the real thing. DANG!
  6. I was at Publix yesterday and one of the cashiers in another lane had on so much perfume, it took my breath away. How do you handle that as a boss? It was really BAAAAAD!
  7. Prayers sent, please keep us updated. (((((HUGS)))))
  8. They have a bag of Tropicana Cuties at Walgreens in New Hope for $2.99, 3rd grader is eating them faster than I can buy them.
  9. Wow! That could be my MIL and I know how you feel. She is on disability to the tune of over $700.00 a month and has been for several years because she is 'mentally frail'. WHAT-IN-THE-HE!! does that mean? My mother was in a coma. A coma and she was denied SSI because the judge needed to meet with her and discuss her problem........HUH!?!?! The man was a judge and you'd think he'd know what a coma was, but I guess not. When my MIL whined and complained that she was having a difficult time getting her disability and the 'it just isn't fair' attitude swept in, my head almost blew off.
  10. I agree. It's not the banks fault or the seller or anyone elses fault if you buy more house than you can afford. The buck stops with the person responsible for the mortgage payment.
  11. Yes, I did......thank you!!!!
  12. I agree, I just thought my opinion might not be so popular. Personal responsibility and all!
  13. While I completely agree that lenders were wrong to approve inflated loans for home buyers, at what point does the blame fall to the buyer to know what they can and can't afford? Apparently, more than one poster on here, including Hubby and me, didn't fall for the idea that we could afford a MUCH larger home when we really couldn't. People tend to become star struck when they see all the bells and whistles and lose sight of their real budget. Is that the fault of the lender or realtor? Maybe. Is the idea of a huge house somehow an outward sign of success that so many people crave? Yep.
  14. Those movies are sooooo funny. I love it when Shelly Long is talking about using AquaNet hairspray!!!
  15. And supposedly he designed the house especially for them, WTH was he thinking? Also, when they show the outside of the house, the upstairs is on the wrong side according to where the stairs are on the inside. But we're not supposed to notice that.
  16. I LOVE Mannix and all the ones you listed as well.
  17. I love Bonanza, when I was little I wanted to marry little Joe. Who didn't? I have wondered about the clothes thing as well, maybe the wardrobe dept was limited and they thought we wouldn't notice.
  18. Going to a chiro for the first time blindly can be scary, because unless they know what they are doing, they can screw you up.
  19. In my experience, an MD is all too quick to prescribe pain meds, muscle relaxers and bed rest, as opposed to trying to actually fix the problem, I don't take pain meds so that isn't a viable option for me. A good chiropractor has been the only thing to actual relieve my problem.
  20. There was also an OZ on 41 by the Marietta Lanes. Those pics look like another planet. I remember when you could camp out at Turtles to get the best concert tickets, did that more than once.
  21. I hope you feel better. Tiny hijack, I ordered the ribbon for graduation.
