Agreed and a lot would depend on the circumstances of the murder. As with an 'insanity' defense, did he try to hide the fact that he killed someone, hide the body, lie to the police? If the answer to any of those questions is yes, then he knew it was wrong or he wouldn't have tried to act like he didn't do anything. If the answers are no, then the death penalty could very well be the wrong punishment. I don't know the details of his case, so I can't say.

We have been in more than one dire medical situation and were unable to understand information or directions because English seemed to be a third or fourth language. That has nothing to do with race, but if that is a factor in not understanding a person, that's outside my circle. I've read several articles and seen 2 news stories pertaining to this and they have yet to mention any kind of contamination in this tank after a body had been in it for almost 3 weeks. I agree with you 100%. Why would anyone cut off their own nose to spite their face just to make a point? Not me. If I can get something need at Walmart for $1.78, why on earth would I drive past to get to another store where I may have to pay .50 to $1.50 more for the same thing? And no one is forcing anyone to work at Walmart, these people are employed, which is a lot more I can for many people who aren't working. And for anyone to be glad and hope that every Walmart would close, is just stupid. Where would those people work then? How short sighted that idea is.
