Agreed 1000%. I'd like to see how this or any economy would survive if it weren't for 'minimum wage' workers. The guy/gal pouring coffee and lattes at Starbucks, the cashier at Walmart and Target, The Sams guy putting tires on your car, the deli worker at Kroger, etc. Lets say every US citizen had a degree of some sort, associates, bachelors, masters, PHD, whatever. I make a menu and try to stick with that . I always go through the cabinets, fridge and freezer to see what I already have and can add to instead of just buying everything new. But when I get to the store, if something is on sale, I'll stock up. The one place I tend to lose my mind is West Metro Meats. I love their meat and their prices, so what I get there usually drives the menus of the next week. And why is it, that I seen to always run out of 'staples' at the same time? Eggs, oil, flour, sugar, Pam, butter, milk, etc?
