Yeah. Because EVERY franchise has to comply with the FTA guidelines in what they disclose. It really makes no difference if it is CFA or RotoRooter or McDonalds or DairyQueen or whoever. In order to offer a franchise, it must be approved by the FTA and each of the several states in which the company may operate.. As a former owner of a franchise, I can tell you that extensive interviews by the franchisor and in-depth analysis of the prospective franchisee's background and finances aren't uncommon.
