One of the questions that was asked of the Marshal was, "if the property has no mortgage, then why are the owners paying rent to live somewhere else?" The answer was that there is NO room in the house to actually live because of all the junk piled up.
-
I just got a call from my next door neighbor who had been at the Marshal's office about this same house. This is the information I just got: The house is unoccupied, no power or water. There is no mortgage. The taxes are current. The owners live in an apartment in Marietta. Currently the Marshal's Office has more than 20 complaints on file about this property, along with the two train-wrecks next to it. The Marshal has the owner's address and phone numbers, but they won't answer the phone or the door. The entire house is FULL of the black bags that are spilling out of the garage.

Here We Go Again. No Indictment in Death in New York

Really?? I can't think of a single candidate for a city, county, or state election who actively interacted with the members of P.com who is now holding office. As a matter of fact, I can think of a couple of candidates (Melissa Morrison and J.K. Rogers) who DID personally post and were pretty soundly defeated, even though they were better candidates than the ultimate winner. -
Had Texas or Oklahoma been contending teams this year and had a shot at the top 4, you can bet your butt that the Big12 would have had a "champion" rather than the mess they made. Whatever the Longhorns want is what happens in that conference, which is why over the past few years Colorado, Nebraska, Mizzou, and Texas AM have all left.

I pick Oregon to win it all. Only because I hate them less than I do the other 3.

Certainly not any more than you and your ilk think the cop was guilty of murder. -

What we don't know about the dead individual is his previous "street cred". What else had he done that the cops knew about and were expecting to have to deal with? The arrest over some cigarettes may have been only the beginning of questioning about some other more serious crimes where he was a suspect. This arrest gave them probable cause to question him about other crimes. Why would he so vigorously resist arrest on a misdemeanor charge? As usual, we are getting only half the story, as told by the lamestream media with an agenda. -
www.SaturdayDownSouth.com has an article saying Mark Richt is a favorite to take over in Lincoln after Bo Pelini was fired. Cool. He can go be a Husker and get his butt handed to him by Urban Meyer once again.

WTH squibb kick with 18 seconds on the clock?

Get used to it, bubba. That kid had over 22,000 yards as a high-school QB. IRC, 18,000 passing and 4,000 running. He's not a fluke. And he did it this season with not much of a receiving corps. All 3 of his big targets last year were gone, 2 to graduation and one to being thrown out of school. Plus Mizzou's best running back tore up his knee in spring practice and didn't play this year. -
If the Semenholes don't play any better this week against Tech than they did against the Gators, you might really have some celebrating to do.
-
They better get used to it. Or find another crew or two of lousy officials that will throw games their way.
-
You left out MIZZOU beating the 'Hogs.

Aw, jeez! Don't you know you have just committed blasphemy? The Ayatollah will be along shortly to post the "truth" from the Quoran, er, The Huffington Post. It's just more made-up fantasy in his mind.

If you are, in fact, "Tired of BS", why do you post so much of it?

Why limit it to just this subject? He's never had a valid opinion in 5,000 previous posts.

There are 5 houses around the end of our cul-de-sac. One has DirecTv, two have Uverse, and two have Comcrooks. Our Uverse was not out, but the house across the cul-de-sac was out. -
Just one more reason why I hate HOAs.
glassdogs replied to cookies are sweet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
And, then, maybe a HOA would be a good thing. Or a Marshal's office that actually did their damn jobs. Take a drive down E. Paulding between 92 and Citizen's Square Dr. Pay close attention to the South side of the road, and see what your property values are gonna be like one of these days. The white house is the one that burned several years ago. Now there are two junk cars and probably 100 black bags of garbage piled on the driveway, along with a scooter that hasn't moved in 4 or 5 months. -
I think it is more likely that Alliance could never produce the quantity required at anywhere near the same quality as they currently make. Plus, the big box guys are looking for "repeat traffic" like the Maytag junk that lasts about 6 years. Personally, I'd be showing my butt at the dealers. They are supposed to have service or a contract with a service company. He should NEVER have told you to call the mfg.
-
Sheesh...a "repair" company that doesn't have motors and belts on their truck? i guess you are supposed to not get your clothes dirty for two more weeks? Was this the place on 92 just north of the tracks ? Suggestion: call Britt's over in Lawrenceville and see if they have a service truck and the parts. warranty is warranty and you shouldn't have to do without your machine for all that time. And "Alliance" is the company that makes SQ.

TV, Internet, and land line is $172 incl taxes and fees. Have the 450 channel pkg with all the movie networks. The land line is about $32 of that total. -

keeping our email addresses were the big factor in switching to Uverse. It is significantly better than the DSL, but still not eyepoppingly fast. We had DirecTv for 13 years and they wouldn't come close to matching the programming packages that Uverse offered at the same price. Until we made the switch, then they have deals you wouldn't believe, and call 2x a day to tell me how much they miss me and all that. Switched from DTV and DSL/landline combo to Uverse and saved $150 a month with 450 channels and all the movies thrown in. I'd have to "go dark" before I'd ever do biz with Com -
