You mentioned that you had a good connection at the test jack. Did you happen to remove the inner cover and check the tightness of the connections where the house cables attach? All this temperature change may have caused something to loosen on just one terminal. Since all the jacks seem to be affected, makes me think it might be at the main terminal box.
