Leftovers Yes, I posted that with a smile - having stuffed peppers (which are the leftovers, better the second time IMHO), crescent rolls stuffed with cheese and a simple salad. OH MY!

Absolutely no clue ..... not hungry & not in the mood to cook/make something. Probably tuna fish sandwiches, BLTs or digging into the stack of Marie Callendar frozen meals I got on sale with coupons (most like the later). I do in mine which we had last night

Extra butter & chives, not too bad = you can add a bit of sour cream also. Don't do too bad for potato pancakes with a bit of flour & egg added As an OLD saying went ... "they've come a long way baby"

Having homemade burritos with homemade salsa. Sour cream & cheese added as wanted. Queso dip with added jalapenos with tortilla chips. Wanted to have a Margarita (or so), but ... not to happen so I'm having red wine & DH beer. Might have cheesecake for dessert if there is any room left. yummy
