reminds me of a resort I went too ... they had some "shelters" which they built into the shallow places in the bay and really encouraged guests to pull the loungers into them .... aaaawww = great memory!

I posted a recipe for broccoli salad not long ago -- it is YUMMY! I make a great pasta salad, along the lines of a "anti-pasta" salad -- add what you like, but generally I put in: Basic: tortillini (cooked, stuffed with what you like) artichoke hearts or quarters (canned, drained) olives red onion chopped or sliced halved cherry tomatoes pepperoncini other types of veggies as I see available Add (if you want a more complete meal): Chunked Salami Fresh Mozzarella cubed anything else I think about Mix what you want in a bowl and I add about 1/2 bottle or m
