Loved going to Italy & Greece, been to Mexico (Puerto Vallarto, Mexico City (few times), Tasco, Oaxaca, etc), and places like the Dominican Republic. But I loved our trip to Puerto Rico! Two coasts/half the island and saw so much including a dry forest & the rain forest & ruins and I knew we really only touched the surface of what there was to see and do! The country is wonderful surprising & gorgeous, plus it isn't like you are leaving the US but you are! Definitely have Spain (with Portugal) on the list: Want to see Sevilla & Barcelona, plus the coasts. D

If you can get to the mortgage company, if you offer an interest only payment they may allow that before doing anything else on you (like going to foreclosure) if you can't pay the full amount. It doesn't help in paying off the house, but if they get their money they are usually at least somewhat satisfied. GOOD LUCK! ((and don't do the pawning of your car, it will just bite in the end -- you are dealing with a glorified shark!))

Go to any Kroger and the have a refrigerated case within the Mexican "foods" aisle ... in the case you will find a cheese dip (mild or hot) which is fantastic! You can also get the charizo (sp?) if you want to add meat (comes ready to saute or already dried for chopping).

Got a recipe from TabbyCat for Taco Soup -- YUMMY! Or just brown off a good sized chuck roast, put in pot, add spices to your liking and beef broth. Cook on high for at least 8-10 hours. Shred up and put on hoagies with cheese & onions or add bbq sauce for sammies or??
