^^ exactly what I was going to say ..... depend on your body/style/shape. I know I lost a lot of weight and it took a long time to change size due to my "large bone structure" and I tended to lose the weight all over but the size didn't chage 'cuz the shape really didn't change until I finally lost a great bit overall.

We're doing some Sauted Orange Roughy with lemon/chives/butter sauce, wild rice & broccoli salad. Easy but not so much, but at this point hot dogs sound phenomenal

Someone was creating one and then it went POOF, not to be heard from again. But if you are willing to do one, any recipe I've posted here before you can have without asking permission. I have a ton of recipes and I'm sure they were from someone else or just slightly modified by me. GOOD LUCK

Mix and sip until coughing stops! ... so I don't know the full recipe but in the past I've always started with tea and added honey & lemon to taste with a "touch" of whiskey. But I'm sure you can google or someone else will respond. Feel better soon!

hummingbirds! I like it when they are odd numbers of them near the feeder, to watch them interact with each other. Two of them will pair off and chase each other away from the feeder, while the third one will swoop in for a drink. Eventually one of the original pair will see that someone snuck into the feeder and come back to chase the drinking one off and another will sneek in for a quick sip. So fun to watch!
