Haven't had a grapefruit in a LONG time. I used to have a pink one every so often, just forgot about them ..... Thanks for the reminder. Will have to put one on the list for next time I go to the store. BTW - Oranges are very good right now too

I've used a piece of chicken wire molded around plant and across top of pot to prevent using of the "dirt". You just need to make it "inconvienent" for him and hurting to paws/butt. As far as plant being saved, I have no clue - sorry. good luck with both!

um ..... just let your sister know that houston (and area) is HOT from about May to November---- or so I've heard. I do know that July, August & September can be brutal for the heat & humidity. It is pretty country though

We are having leftover Taco Soup made earlier this week. It is so good left over & got more in the freezer for later too! Serving with sharp cheddar shredded cheese & sour cream, plus hot sauce drops if wanted Tortilla chips with mexican melted cheese dip as a side. Do have the left over key lime cheesecake slices available for dessert, but who knows if we will save room (which we didn't last time). What about you & your family?
