CONGRATS SL!! Did that a few years ago and I thought it was most liberating not to have that kind of "debt" or the chance for losing our home over our heads anymore. Not that we didn't before, but now we can do whatever we want whenever we want to. We never need to be worrying about losing a job - can always pick up the odd job for food, electricity, property tax and insurance needs if that is what it comes down to - but also have lots built up in savings for the just-in-case situations.

saw this and the reports of others who had similar situations. last I heard they didn't really know what happened with her -- but I'll send good wishes .... we need to make ourselves aware of "FACE" and it's impact.

WSBTV just reported 2 houses, both should be considered a complete loss. 1 person they can't find. Looked from the pictures that PCFD is on top of the situation to prevent any further spreading of the situation .... no information on any cause. ((((THOUGHTS)))) to everyone involved/impacted.

Interesting dinners tonight Having Flat Iron steaks with mesquite seasoning, baked potatoes with sour cream and chives, broccoli salad with red onions, bacon, raisens with a slaw type dressing. Don't know about desert, but we are having red wine & beer for beverages
