Salmon has the Omega3, but calorie wise I think Tilapia is "thinner" For Salmon, we like to pan grill or outdoor grill with either a honey mustard sauce or maple syrup with curry. Made it one time with a mayo & dill mixture that was pretty good.

^ same experience here so I've already gathered up everything and it is ready to go. All I would have to do is catch 2 50# dogs and 4 cats and get them to the basement .... DH is on his own to get down there

^ same here with lettuce, spinach and radishes ..... SO .... SALAD NIGHT Lettuce, spinach, radishes, cheese, cucumber, ham, red onion, mushrooms, hard boiled egg & avacado .... Choice of dressing (probably an Italian or a vingarette with mustard & garlic). Served with italian style bread with alloutte (sp?) herb & garlic spread toasted. YUMMY!
