Cooked a ham steak the other night and have leftovers. So I will be chopping it into cubes to top a loaded salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onion, mushrooms, chopped egg & avacado. Serving a cheesy bread slice too

DH did a smoked butt a while back and slightly undercooked a portion to freeze -- which is a portion we are having tonight after defrost and to be cooked a bit Serving on buns with Sticky Fingers Sauce plus a greek salad. DH is probably going to add chips or fritos to his plate.
