The Martin's in Hiram has "Now Hiring for Dallas Location" on their sign. Where are they opening in Dallas?

Personally, I think anyone who doesn't believe we militarized space long ago is naive. Further, the threats are likely otherworldly.

"It" Hits the Fan in Colorado, What the News Won't Cover

My first encounter with turbulence in an airplane was just South of Denver entering the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. I'd say the 737 I was on looked about like those toilets. I know my seat was pretty close to becoming a toilet. -
The article is from August of last year.

I can only hope the planets align and someone can get a photo of a well-qualified Hispanic mechanic doing the repairs.

What a real kick in the dick, eh? -
My understanding, which may or may not be remotely accurate, is if more than a certain amount of cars are placed in the parking lot, it meets the legal definition of a 'used car dealership,' and brings about all the wonderful legal bullcheeze that goes with that.

If we can't make it to West Metro, we only buy Ground from Ing**s. I just don't trust the others anymore. Mostly because the meat has more fat ground in than labeled. I started noticing this while browning meat for spaghetti, etc, especially Pu***x. You wouldn't believe the amount of fat that was cooking off of 90/10 or leaner. Usually 2 or three times the amount for same weight and percentage bought at Ing**s. This was a regular occurrence. I now only trust In***s.

If you are referring to the dialogue I have engaged in, what is amazing, is your total misunderstanding of my dialogue and the thread in general. Or, you simply didn't read everything. First, I was at all times referring to CCCS. The other poster commented on CCCS FIRST, then mentioned the other program. So, your claim that we were comparing apples to oranges is a canard. Second, I was speaking from experience from the total other side of the fence than the other poster. He/she has experience with CCCS as a consumer, I do not. My experience was from dealing with mortgage underwrit

I have edited my original posts to reflect the nuanced and one size doesn't fit all world we live in. I didn't remove language, I just struck through it and added more appropriate words.

Not at all. I think you sharing your experience was encouraging for anyone who is seeking debt relief, etc. You speak from actual experience, I don't. I was speaking from a different point of view. I worked in real estate once upon at time. During that time, while particular clients were attempting to get approved for a mortgage, they ran into obstacles because of credit counseling. I had underwriters tell me point blank they scored it just as if the person had bankrupted--especially if a debt management plan was in play. That was all I was trying to add. Encouraging? No. True f

So your experience reflects everyone else's? For you to claim that my statement isn't true, but SOOOOOO not true, is misleading for others. If the debt counseling does it fact put you on a debt management plan, it will may or may not be treated just like a bankruptcy. I have known several underwriters for different mortgage companies and that is verbatim what they told me. With that said, I never asserted it would negatively impact credit scores. Hell, I have seen folks two months out from a bankruptcy get a mortgage. I simply said that it would be looked upon just like a BK.
-
Just keep in mind that lenders will may or may not treat credit counseling the same as a bankruptcy. If you aren't planning on borrowing money in the next ten years, however, it is a nonissue. Just throwing it out there. EDITED 9.6.2016: Changed language.

There are only 12 counties in Georgia that have county police departments. I used to promote the idea. However, to do so, is complex and rather expensive. You are basically creating a brand new county department; one that comes with infrastructure and equipment requirements that I don't think our budget could withstand. Also, unlike the existing county police departments, state law now requires the question to be put to the voters of the particular county. County commissions no longer have the luxury of simply creating the department by commission vote alone. Further, factor in that a co -
The United States Constitution would disagree with you. Ex post facto laws are unconstitutional. Further, this is one of the few areas specifically applied to states pre-fourteenth amendment. Albeit, there have been a handful of exceptions; usually relating to sex offender registration requirements. However, these type laws aren't grandfathering folks into criminal convictions. No ex post facto has been a main tenet of the Constitution since its inception.

Question about Pravastatin for high cholesterol?

I refuse to take statins. The back pain just isn't worth it. Also, the last one they made me try caused me to sweat profusely in my sleep. The sweating was so bad that I would literally have to take the case off of my pillow and let both dry out every day. -
We have tactical nukes there as well.
