My thoughts on the officers laughing at the complaint....If you only knew how many people call in to complain on officers and what the complaints are far, you would laugh too. Police officers do have a sense of humor. An officer going 15 over the legal limit and stopping at all stop signs might be laughed at, but I know every complaint at CCPD had to be investigated no matter what they were. The supervisor wouldn't laugh at the complainant, but would laugh later on! If he did that would be rude and we know officers are never rude!

Try them again. Billy was scheduled for some dental surgery. I don't know what day it was. His the owner and chef of the place, so if he is out for a reason, the place has to close. His number is 770-598-4386. We usually call before we go because we forget what hours they are open.

Someone on p.com suggested Drop Shots to me years ago. Back then you could pay by the month. I don't remember the price. I opted to pay $100.00 for unlimited pictures and videos. I have been using this website for years. I don't know what the price is now.

Okay, I'll go first! Do what you gotta do. Yes, it's against the law and yes the officer might pull you over for that and yes if you want to start your new year off complaining, I say call Smyrna PD. I would just pray that the officer had a safe day and go on about my business.

I have posted several times about how much we love to eat at The Taste of Dixie. I am not related to anyone there, but I would say once you go there Billy makes you feel like family. We go to The Taste of Dixie once a week. You should try it!!!

I have been retired from Cobb for almost 5 years. I never worked in 911, but I worked in public safety and was around 911 communications alot. I think my info is correct. Cobb County has 5 Precincts. 2214 would be (2)Zone 2, (2)Day Watch, (14)Beat 14 Code 4 means everything is okay. Signal 4 means an ambulance. And no it's not 1:1 ratio. That would be awesome. There are alot of consoles in the Cobb 911 center and each one has their on frequency. There is one for every precinct, one that the STEP unit uses, a couple for the detective (I think), one or two for the city of Mariet

We love Taste of Dixie. Billy made us feel like family from the first time we went there.

A friend of mine was the officer who was called to the scene to work the accident. His facebook status read: "There are some days I would like to hang up my uniform for good. Today is one of them!" Pray for this family, officer and responding emergency workers.

A bag of corn meal. I had taken my DIL and grandkids to Helen for a couple of days. While we were driving up there we saw a sign that read "Need a gift? Think corn meal!" We looked at each other and laughed about it. This trip was so fun and we constantly were referring to the corn meal sign. So last Christmas my DIL gave me a gift and the tag read "Need a gift? The breakfast buffet is $5.00, but you can add stuff for $1.00 like french toast, omlet etc. Billy treats everyone like family. We tried the place because a friend recommended it to us. My husband loves the ribeye. My favotite is the cubed steak and smashed taters. Billy remembers our favorites and asks us if that is what we are having. Sometimes we switch it up. My first meal there was chicken and waffles. I saw it on the menu and had to ask about it. Sounds weird, but it was good. He is adding stuff to the menu all the time.
