I love Feta, but goat cheese, which seems to be on too many menus and in too many recipes is just awful to me. Way too strong. First time I had liver I was a little bitty girl staying at my Grandma's. I remember taking my first bite and just kind of thought "eww". Times I had no choice but to eat it (not at Grandma's), I'd cut it in tiny pieces and smother it in ketchup. Or I'd eat the liver and onion gravy and pretend to add the liver.

I've had it, and I hated it and won't eat it again: goat cheese.

Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Same here, and thankfully we have a gas water heater, so we had hot water.

We have gas heat, but when the power goes out so does the blower.

What were they thinking?

I work with two people who live in Cobb and I live maybe 20 minutes from either and we're all within 20 minutes of the office if not less. I'm in East Paulding. We had no power for 3 days. Coworker never lost power. Boss had no power for a day and a half. Mother Nature doesn't go by perceptions.

Off East Pauling Drive not far from the old dragstrip. Lost power Friday evening and if finally came on about 12:30 pm today.

Good fire going here, and the snow keeps coming down. Merry Christmas all!

Good for you! We've got lots of wood, but it got covered in snow. Hubby has been trying to get a fire going all day. I pushed him aside and said let me do it. Back when we camped a lot, that was my job and I enjoyed it! Anyway, we now have a roaring fire going. Good on me!

Wish they'd let the teachers go. DIL teaches at Roberts and lives in Acworth, and baby is at daycare off Wade Green.
