I guess I'm a strict vegetarian (since 2001). I do not eat animals. That means in broth or otherwise. I also do not eat milk or eggs, but it is hard to avoid as an ingredient at restaurants or at people's houses. I am a vegetarian for ethical reasons. I don't have a problem with eating them, per se, but I do have a problem with factory farming, and how the animals are treated. I don't want to contribute to that. Yes, I get enough protein. No, I don't care what you eat.

Be careful if you stick to it and exercise. I had no energy to exercise when I was on it. It also did scary things to my digestive system. (I'll stick to the high carb, work my ass off and count calories plan. Or, the do the math plan, as I call it.)

Applebee's pissed me off with this kind of thing. Last time I went there, I couldn't even find a salad on the menu without meat.

Is it really a salad when there is more meat and cheese than veggies? ETA: This is why I can't even order salads in most places around here.
