Seriously I didn't say this was anyone in particular. I gave you a scenario in which you had to make a decision. Not trolling, not looking for specific answers just putting it out there. Making you think a little. Yeah, things happen but you still have to have a place to live. Perhaps before you buy that expensive house you might want to take Dave Ramsey's advice about that savings account you're supposed to have. If it takes every penny you have to your name to buy that house, you cannot afford it. So why in the world would you even consider having a car payment?? Seems l

Well we are in our third year of zero income, actually losing money. We managed to put enough away to keep our heads above water but if things don't change soon, 30 more people are going to be in the unemployment line.

Just got back, no I would not. If you can afford rent and a car payment why wouldn't you pay your mortgage. If you don't have the money, you don't have the money. Why put yourself further in debt, isn't that what got you in trouble in the first place?? Some interesting posts in this thread.

No, no, no. With all this cold weather and snow we have been experiencing world wide, it is now "CLIMATE CHANGE". Global warming is dead and burried, the funeral was last year.

Food was OK, portions were Huge!! There were a lot of people waiting to get in the door. I'd like to try a lunch when there aren't so many folks. I just don't know if anyone will ever be able to beat La Cocina, I love that place!!
