The fleece fabric they use to make those tied blankets make wonderful scarfs. I have a couple I made myself and they are very warm. A yard of that stuff goes a long way!!

Yeah!!! The shells are actually pretty thick, but certainly not unbreakable. You go girl!!

I had a friend that had ostriches and rheas. She made beautiful jewelry boxes out of the eggs. The rhea eggs are blue, not as big as an ostrich but bigger than a chicken. Can't wait to see what you do with it.

Thanks everyone for all the info. Wow, my mom wore me out. We didn't make it to Harvest or The Attic. She was specifically looking for end tables and shelves. We found the shelves but no end tables yet. Maybe we can go again one day next week, it will take me that long to recover Harvest is over off Seaboard and 278. In the little office/store front area just before you get to the new courthouse on the right. Near the feed store.

I think what they are trying to tell you is like cancer, you have no control over depression without help. If you don't seek help with either of these things, you are probably not going to live. Depression is so gradual you don't realize the depth or impact until it is sometimes to late. You function normally, even can be very successful but don't feel it matters to anyone if you are around or not. Can't explain it, haven't experienced it to the depth of some but I try every day to understand it.
