 That's not from the tanning bed, that's from the lotion.

My niece owns Tropical Illusion in the New Georgia Publix shopping center and the one on Ridge near Kroger. She has not seen a drop in business.

I was gonna say the same thing, definitely the eyes.

What do you think Paulding is missing?

A large corporation that could provide jobs to the people of Paulding. We have plenty of retail, we need industry. -
Paulding: The race is on for DA, State Senate and GA House

I too will be voting against Dick Donovan. Please everyone do your homework on the background and ability of all these candidates. Don't just vote for the guy because he seems nice. -
Sure you did, they just had to cut it off at 50. If they went any further, it might make Paulding County look good for once.

Joe that was wonderful, thanks for sharing. -
Not sure, it's my daughter's house. AT&T is telling her it's not available there, I'm not believing that. ~~shrug~~ We have AT&T, Comcast isn't on our road.
-
 You're funny. I have never ever deleted my long replies to any thread.
-
We have only AT&T or Hughes net <-(don't ever do this). I would think since it's available in Sunset Mountain it shouldn't be a problem for their house. They actually back up to Sunset Mountain. Comcast is available there.
-
That's what I'm thinking. Something must be messed up somewhere. Thanks.

AT&T says they don't have DSL over there. I'm further down the road than you are and we have it. What's the scoop??

Tulip Poplars are dying in the woods behind my house
Cathyhelms replied to LPPT's topic in RECENT TOPICS
It could be from the drought we had and it is just now showing signs of deterioration. I think you would need an arborist, maybe the extension office has a recommendation. Since it appears many of you are experiencing the same thing, it may just be weather (wind, sun, heat) related. I wouldn't panic. -
I'm sorry, I switched it to a boy scout taps.

Thank you Lumak..................this song is not just played at military funerals. We used to sing it at summer camp all the time, when we went to closing ceremonies. And yes it was in response to lowrider's death of pcom comment.

Who the heck does studies like this?? Are they trying to plug for Hershey's or something?? I guess the next obvious question would be, who paid for it? Guess since I don't like chocolate too much, I must not be depressed.

Congrats!! Every child is different. My youngest child is a boy and we are very, very close. My oldest (boy, too) could care less about his momma. My only daughter and I have had our moments (when she was a teenager), but now that she has her own child, it's wonderful!!!

Is This NORMAL?!?!? & Would You Be Concerned?
Cathyhelms replied to Caped Crusader's topic in RECENT TOPICS
CC, I've noticed fewer kernels popped in all of mine lately, too. I think they're up to something. Must be a conspiricy. Get some bags of a different kind and see what pops. -
I have some periwinkle that we accidently moved from the woods at our other house along with the grapevines. It has completely taken over one flower bed. It's great if you have a bank or an area that needs a ground cover but it's a monster.
-
I don't think they are the same MrsA. Periwinkle flower is much smaller, it is a tough vine that can become invasive, it is evergreen. Celmatis is a very dainty vine with huge flowers that dies back in the winter and comes back in the spring.

Looks like the location went poof. I've had my share of bad experiences. La Cocina is absolutely my favorite. We need to get them to buy a commerce membership here. I will go to Tequilla's in Dallas or Hiram if I have to but that's about it around here.

I have seen pictures of yours, it is beautiful. Do you ever wonder what our kids are gonna do with this stuff when we're too old to keep up with it. Ours is more like a small tree. Sorry for hijacking LR, now back to the regularly scheduled programing.

I love wisteria it smells soooooo good. It has to be prunned regularly but if you prune too hard or at the wrong time it won't bloom. There are a couple of problems I have with it, first it only blooms for a short time, about two weeks. Second it is very invasive and the vines are super thick. Third mine gets froze back too often. It only blooms beautifully about every three years. Those late spring frosts get mine way too often. And last but not least, it gets covered with bees. When it shows out, it is beautiful.
