I think next week is the last one of the season. Most of the folks with fresh vegetables have stopped coming since most gardens are winding down. Lots of home canned goods tonight. Some great homemade breads, and of course the woman with the homemade cheeses.

I finally made it by the Hiram Farmer's Market tonight. I got some feta cheese with sundried tomatoes and basil that is kickin! Actually got a bunch of stuff, but haven't tried most of it yet.

Would you (and anyone else in this thread) feel the same way if she were griping about kids acting out in the movie theater? Here's why I ask. There could be 20 threads about disruptive folks in a movie (teens, adults w/cell phones, etc) and there would be 40 responses of how awful it was they had to endure that. Bring a church into it, and it's automatically "well, that's not very christian of you". Is being in church the game changer?

You are deliberately spinning the details to suit your cause. Yes, taxes increased during that time, but property values soared. There were many who benefited during that time.

Why, during topics of this nature, do folks insist on using the Old Testament to prove their points? The Old Testament is Jewish law. That's not even Christianity. Maybe if folks had a better understanding of Christianity they could make their points better.
