  1. I live off of Waters...didn't know anything about a wreck. Hope everyone is ok.
  2. They have stepped it up a lot. There was a period of time there that the one in Hiram was awful..staff..food and all. Much better now. Must be managed better.
  3. Yay! I gave her $10 one time and you would have thought I gave her a million by the wayshe lit up and thanked me. A little kindness goes a long way.
  4. I have to return a book that hubby bought damaged because I collect this particular authors hard covers, so I try to have them in good condition. Other than that, I tried to pick up a cover for my kindle but no one seemed to have them. I ended up getting a good deal on Overstock.com! Game Stop in Hiram was a madhouse. Tried to get games for PS3 and PS2. I think it will wait until everyone goes back to work.
  5. I used to be an assistant manager at a family owned video store, and we have been seeing the industry declining for over 15 years. Kudos to this store for making it this long!! Video Stores will soon be a thing of the past... .unfortunately. I LOVED working at the Video Store!! Good Luck to the owners in their future endeavors!
  6. I spent mostly the same on everyone as I usually do, which amazes me considering I recently lost my job.
  7. Well.... if I get my Android sold, I want to get him a Playstation 3. I'm hoping it works out.
  8. That is scary and too close to where my daughter and her family live. I do know that after you have walked a long way, even an inch more feels like 3000 miles (I don't want to admit how I know this...lol).... still, I would never just go up on a stranger in the middle of the night asking for help unless it was a dyer emergency. He was probably up to something and you were smart to close the door on him. If walking 10 more minutes was going to kill him, then he could go sit his tail down somewhere and wait it out until he could walk further. Aren't the parks closed after dark?
  9. Oh, I need to go look for neon baby Jesus and get a shot of him.
  10. I don't care for Wild West Traders either. We shoot at Stoddards, and they have different guns that you can rent by the hour and test out. I've never rented one though. I like the one that I have...lol
  11. I grew up with it unwrapped and just set out under the tree, however, I wrap mine.
  12. The Everglades would be a nice resting spot for someone like her. Just sayin'.
  13. I have been MIA around here because I have been glued to this case for weeks. Soooo disapointed with the outcome. The State did an excellent job with what they had to work with. Sadly, the body was just too badly decomposed for them to get all of the evidence that they needed. I have no doubt that the girl is as guilty as the day is long. Caylee is in a better place, although she did not deserve the hell that got her there. There's no telling what all that poor child was exposed to with the party life that her mother lived. Probably drug from one man's house to another... exposed to drug
  14. Brothers and sisters is my favorite.
  15. Yes they are. I don't know why in the world anyone would ever even try that crap once. Do they not see the pictures of people on meth. No one in their right mind would want to do that to themself. Craziness!
  16. I was a good girl for the most part. A bit sheltered by my parents. I didn't date around. I just wasn't interested in dating the kind of boys that I was surrounded by. The one guy that I finally started dating the summer before my Junior year, still wasn't really the ideal boy but I stuck with him, married him and divorced 6 yrs later. I didn't really have one type of crowd that I hung out with, as I blended well with everyone. I was friendly, yet a little timid until one got to know me... then I was just your typical silly girl who liked to enjoy as much time laughing it up with my frie
  17. I am so, so sorry to hear of your loss. You and your family will be in my prayers. (((Hugs)))
  18. LOL!! Is it bad that I was thinking the same thing???
  19. Oops.... my bad. I was doing 50 million things when I responded to that post and didn't even read her posting really... just the topic title...so I gave some suggestions. I haven't been there in 7 years. They are good, but if theres an insurance problem, then yes I suggest going elsewhere.
  20. Oh Dear! Well, it's possible. My little angel barely made it out alive w/ our accident... but she did. Praying for the best.
  21. Terrible... I've been one on the sidelines watching life saving efforts being made on a loved one before. It's a horrible and helpless feeling. Prayers going up. I hope all will be ok.
  22. The Breast Center in Marietta near Kennestone is great. They did my first one and did surgery to remove a lump. I've had lots of things done at Paulding Imaging. Not a Mamm, but other scans. They are very good and hospitable.
