Has anyone heard or know of a wreck that happened
its mr sarcastic to you replied to lucky64's topic in RECENT TOPICS
There was a thread about on one about that time down past the Avenues in Cobb. Could that have been it? I think it was titled Wreck on 120. -
I love you too! Dude, I would have went way beyond that if it was me, but it would probably have went to the tonk really fast and I can't see those posts! Where is that loser smiley!

Eviction time after foreclosure?
its mr sarcastic to you replied to Incabiker's topic in RECENT TOPICS
There is no guarantee they will do that (Cash for Keys), but MOST do because it saves them money in the end. They will contact you and let you know who owns it, most likely it is going to be the bank that foreclosed, again, not 100% guaranteed but most likely that will be the case. If you hear from the sherrif first with the dispossessory action then there will be no cash for keys offer, they are just going to take the legal route to get you out. -
Eviction time after foreclosure?

They will need to evict you, so you will get served with a dispossessory action and you will want to reply to that to get a court date. Most lenders will offer you a cash for keys "gift" to leave the home without them filing a dispossessory action. This allows them to avoid the expense of a dispossessory/writ and makes you leave the home in broom swept condition, which also saves them money. If you get served a dispossessory action, ANSWER IT, even if it's nothing but you cannot afford to stay in the home. This will give you a court date which will prolong the process. If you don't answer -
Do you flash your lights?
its mr sarcastic to you replied to matthewspiglet's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Um, tell the cop sitting on Jiles Rd in Kennesaw that... Even the DA was looking all at me. And if the cops/localities don't want a bad wrap, set EFFING speed limits within reason, don't just change them at random times on a road for no reason. Just a big ole trap! -

Isn't sitting in an area known for speeders kind of an entrapment scenario? I am not saying it as "illegal" but maybe a "legal" entrapment? Why not sit out on 278 looking for someone going 70+ instead of the person going 42 in a 35. If safety is really the issue, then wouldn't another high speed area be more important? I see what you are saying but let's face it, they sit there for a reason, easy pickins on a lazy day... -
Let's see how many speed traps there are....

For this topic I am referring to a speed trap as a road or a section of road that has a ridiculous speed limit and the police sit there constantly knowing there will be an even flow of cars to pick from. Here is the one that comes to mind for me: Barrett Pkwy in front of the mall area. The whole road is 45 mph but get in the one area at the mall and it drops to 35 mph and the cops sit in front of Mountasia and have an endless stream of revenue at their disposal. They are sitting in the area where you are convenientlygoing on a decline and clock you towards the end of that decline. If I -
For the same convenience you use a credit card. They don't want to go the bank every week, day, month. I haven't been to the bank in months. It is a method that people prefer over using a credit card, especially wise if they don't have self control on spending. Does that answer your question?

How is it bad to only use the cash you have in an account? That is awesome if you have the self discipline to do it but sadly that is how most people get in over their heads without realizing it or they don't have good credit to even get a credit card. If that method works for you then it is an awesome way to get rewards, cash back, etc but sadly it won't work for most. I had a GM card that I used a long time ago this way and got some awesome discounts on a SUV.

Over 25 years with LGE, not one complaint, always excellent service and never a fee.

You can find it on most of them but unfortunately only in the classic cars section, OMG I can't believe an '87 is classic... I know you can find it on www.nadaguides.com but probably kbb.com under classic cars.

Someone needs to explain this to the person who did the light at Lost Mtn and Dallas Hwy. My commute home is always smooth riding from East Cobb all the way to Dallas with the exception of the area between the Lost Mtn Park and getting through the light at Lost Mtn. Those people on Lost Mtn just need to park and wait! LOL

So incredibly sad. I don't care how good of a parent you think you are and that it will never happen to you, just think of those times where you lost sight of your child for one brief moment and count your lucky stars that you were spared from something so horrible. I would have to be on knocked out on sedatives probably for the rest of my life.

I go through seven school zones on my way to work and it is amazing how much people just fly on through. I do feel sorry for anyone who was doing it in front of Roberts this morning.... Although I must say I was happy when the popo was still standing there clocking people after about ten minutes, I was sure he would have been pulling them over left and right. ETA - I must confess a few times I completely forgot about them in the Cobb one's when I am sitting at a light in the middle of a school zone, I guess that light makes me forget where I was and my mind went elsewhere... kinda like...

Do you think his recent mood is because he is a straight man trapped in a gay man's body and is scared of what his in laws say when he enters or exits the closet? Do they have support groups for that?

Did they tell you not to be on a computer? I went to work the next day and with the exception of the haziness, I had no problems at all using the computer.
