Yeah, I'm with you. I just can not believe vinegar in a pie could make it taste like anything but vinegar.

Holding down the furniture mostly, it's a great day for lounging around. I am doing a couple loads of laundry, looking at recipes, reading p.com and watching Food Network. I'm tired of the same old thing and trying to find some new recipes since it's always too hot to turn on the oven in the summer. After tasting the Big Mac wrap I decided you really can put anything in a flour tortilla and get by with it. The house smells wonderful right now, I have a big roast and veggies cooking for dinner and a couple lunches next week.

They are delicious and if vinegar was in any that I have tasted you would never know it. It got more confusing when they started adding lemon, coconut, creme de... whatever taste it required.

There are plenty on the web but vary quite a bit. Vinegar, no vinegar, flour or corn meal, some with cream, others with milk and more with neither one. Before I close my eyes and pick one I thought I would ask you guys first, I'm sure someone here has made them before and I would rather have your recipe. Also if it takes vinegar is is white or apple cider vinegar ? I have been told when tasting them before that they didn't have chocolate in it but it sure did taste like chocolate. Thanks in advance. I've planned this for years. We would have enough land for family and friends to have their own home and all their bills paid off. A fresh, debt free start for them and us. It would have wide sidewalks for us to visit each other using golf carts if we wanted to and there would be a Thomas Kincaid kind of look with lamp lights giving off a glow at night. I have finally found our perfect house plan, not a huge house, just laid out perfect for us. I want a "cooking" kitchen attached but separate from the regular kitchen so I could cook without the smells being in the house.

I just tried to log on to our Regions acct. and got an error message that said "an unexpected error has occured, please contact (gave a 1-800 #)" when I called it asked first for my ss# to "protect my identity". I hung up and will call the branch tomorrow, just in case.

Tara, I just woke up a few minutes ago very sick (from something I ate earlier) and it made me think about Shannon and how this was nothing compared to sickeness I'm sure she has gone through with the cancer. I just want you to know prayers continue for her and your family, she is on the minds and prayer lists of many people. I pray for peace, comfort and God's grace for your family.
