Sungoddess - One of the most hard working, family and friend oriented people I know. Old Hip - Sungoddess' brother and one of the funniest people I have ever met. Careful.... Those that have never met you might start realizing that you are a very nice, kind hearted person. Then someone will think she's "people like me" and that will just screw up the whole place.

I have always gotten angry and said something (later, out of the room) when people stand around someone in a coma and talk doom, gloom and death. I always thought what if ? How horrible to be in that situation but be able to hear the people you love stand there talking about your sickness or injuries, that you aren't going to make it, etc. would be even more terrifying. I never believed that unconscious was truly "un"conscious. What if they could still hear people in the room crying, hysterical or even just talking about them ?

Anyone suing over the 6" subs ? If they are cutting a 11" long piece of bread you can't get 2 - 6" pieces. People are just way to sue happy anymore. Maybe the size matters thing only applies in 1" increments.

I love their smoked pork chops and several other things I buy when I see them because I can't remember the names. The women are definately all business. I imagine the "No soup for you" line if someone ahead of me takes too long.

A few years back I was behind the Christmas tree in the corner trying to plug in the surge protector and a tree branch went between my glasses and eye. Ouch !! I had to wear a patch for a week and go back to make sure it was healing. They give you antibiotic drops to keep it from getting infected. Please don't take any chances with your eyes.

Maybe check with Paulding County Parks and Recreation (770-445-8065) to see what sports are going on locally. Softball should start in March but there are still tournaments going on in different places / counties. Maybe in Paulding somewhere also, I'm not sure.

I'm not being rude, honestly, but if he is this unfamiliar with our culture and the way people are much more unaccepting of others then maybe he shouldn't go alone the first few times. As innocent as he may be, with the culture differences, someone could think he was a bit forward or untrustworthy. People are very quick these days to think the worst of strangers and it may put him in an uncomfortable situation. Sadly there are shady people everywhere. Just a thought.
