If I were a parent I would have appreciated such a letter from WR. In emergency situations I know it's hard to wait and wonder but it is better for them to be active in securing the students. Good job WR.

My husband and I used to get the "meet your mate" dating emails. It was annoying for awhile then we would just laugh, until........ we both started getting the "senior citizen" meet your mate dating sites. The guys in my emails were in their 30's then all of a sudden they hit their 60's. WTH ? We quickly lost our sense of humors at that point. We started getting the AARP approved mail and emails about the same time. The thing is neither of us have gotten the dating emails lately, kinda makes us wonder...where did all the old single people go ?

It may cost you less in the long run to buy them both a bus ticket to anywhere they want to go. (or back to her Dad without giving him a heads up) If they are that ignorant maybe real life on the streets away from any family to run to would give at least one of them a wake up call. Tough situation. I hate that anyone has to go through these kind of things. I guess you just have to look deep inside yourself and decide what decisions you can live with because it sounds like there will be no changing them until something happens to give them a serious reality check.

First, I buy a pkg. of 8 scrubby backed sponges at $ Tree to use for clean up during any poultry meal (then throw away) and make sure I have a bottle of Clorax Clean-up ready to go. I put an opened 13 gallon trash bag in one side of the sink when taking poultry out of the pkg. so nothing drips on my floors. (I have a double sink) I get my husband to turn on the water to wash my hands and after the turkey is in the oven I bleach everything in the kitchen that could have even possibly gotten splattered with even one drop of raw turkey juice and then change my shirt, just in case.. I love Frontgate, just wish I could afford all I want from there. There is a Frontgate on Holcolmb Bridge road in Norcross that has alot of marked down items. Some you need to check but some are fine and just overstocks. I was in there a couple weeks ago and they had their Christmas trees up.
