While there are many prayers and well wishes for him, I want you to know that there are just as many prayers and well wishes for you. Most of us on here are parents and we know that there is nothing more heart wrenching than having a sick child. Bless you.

I've made it with a mayo sauce and an oil/vinegar sauce. Both are very good but my all time favorite is when sour cream is substitutes for mayo. If I'm making it to eat at home I will use a mayo or sour cream mix. If I'm taking it somewhere or serving it outside I use the oil/vinegar recipe.

I beg of you, please stress the importance of cover letters. I cannot tell you how many resumes I don't even look at because I can't get beyond the errors in the cover letter. Cover letters are so very important. They tell me a tremendous amount about the applicant's communication skills. If you can't even capitalize your first and last name, then you can't work for me. Sorry, I had to vent. I've been reviewing resumes all day.

Just thinking through my fingertips... Maybe it's just a Southern manners thing. I really don't know. I was taught to try to be a "lady" and follow the rules of manners even in the hardest of situations. With that said, I would probably still pull over (as to not betray my Southern upbringing) but also, I would get out of the car and turn my back in a show of disgust. It's kind of equal to the implied meaning behind, "Bless your heart."

IMO... I have read your resume and was very impressed. Yours was one of the few we received that was not littered with grammatical and spelling errors. Unfortunately, our hiring process hit a snag. Hopefully, it will resume quickly. You have a great résumé and I can only suggest that you keep pushing forward. Something WILL come along. Don't count yourself out, we haven't.

I was sitting in the tower at the exit of pit road. We had a great time. My daughter got to experience the "thunder" for the first time. It was so fun to watch her. The rain delay wasn't so bad for people who like to people watch. There were lots of interesting characters.

The email was a great idea. The gentleman who answered the phone probably wasn't irritated with you. He was probably just very busy, thus the need to hire someone. I am in the same boat. I was hoping to conduct interviews this week but now I find myself with an extremely fluid schedule and no opportunity to pinpoint a time I can sit down to do interviews. Right now I am running very important errands that I thought were going to be taken care of by someone else. Be patient. If they weren't busy, they wouldn't be hiring. An email each day isn't a nag, it's a welcome reminder.

I pray for the safety of the employees and responders. This could be a very dangerous situation.

My first thought is you have a rotten bottle of milk/formula hidden somewhere. Search the laundry baskets for forgotten, soiled bibs or bottles. When you have kids, things appear in the strangest of places. Also, if your washer is a front loader be sure to leave the door open between washings. I learned the hard way that they can get really rank.

I had a friend in a similar situation. Instead of renting a temporary home they rented an RV, parked it at the lake, and camped for the summer. It wasn't ideal but they made great memories.

Trickle down effect?

If the schools were under populated it is silly to keep them open. Moving the students to other schools isn't going to subtract from their education, it is going to free up unwisely spent money that now can go towards better education. ^^. I wish that we're true. The money will be redirected to fund the demands of the teacher's union and the students will be none the better. I don't dislike teachers. I just see this as an opportunity to witness the damage unions can do.

Being military, you're probably used to being in control. Maybe you can try letting go and giving her a little control like you did when you allowed her to choose when she was done. Leave her a note in the morning asking her to text you with what time she wants to shoot hoops, then BE THERE. Learning to make your own decisions is difficult when you have broad possibilities. For example, when it's time for supper ask her if she wants A, B, C, or D, then compliment her on her choice. It's the little things that mean soooo much.

Food for thought: Did you finally figure out a way to break through to her... or did she finally find a way to break through to you? Don't think because of the silence you are the only one trying to form a relationship. It just sounds like she doesn't have the social tools to know how to do it.

Remember, he's an outsider and can come and go from Storybrook as he pleases. He will probably try to use the info against Regina to somehow locate his father.
